At Ghawali Design, each piece is carefully inspected before dispatch.
  • No Cancellations: Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
  • No Returns or Exchanges: All sales are final unless the item is defective.
  • Defective Items Only:
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos
  • Resolution:
If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund.
  • Items must be returned unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging.
  • UAE Alterations:Alteration service is available within the UAE for 100 AED per item.
